HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I MAKE A PURCHASING DECISION?
It depends on the market. In a buyer's market, purchasers have an advantage over sellers in price and concession negotiations. A buyer often has the luxury to view several properties and take their time considering which property to submit an offer. In a seller's market, the opposite is true. Often inventory is low, so buyers will have more competition to contend with. Bidding wars can be commonplace in a seller's market. A property that lists within a buyer's price range can easily be driven out of reach because other buyers will bid well above the asking price. A good agent will advise you accordingly every step of the way.
HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
For buyers, we charge 3% commission. The seller pays this commission at the closing table.
We offer several options to help sellers: Traditional listing assistance, FSBO assistance, or Cash Offers from our many client investors. Our fees range from 1% - 6% depending on the service selected.
